Any idea?

I had three days of bleeding after my period on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th. It wasn't heavy but also not light either and on the 15th, 16th, and 17th I had some bleeding and only noticed when I wiped on the 15th, the 16th and 17th I knew only because I was checking my cervix. I checked my cervix earlier and it seems to have gotten higher, I can't determine whether it's firm or soft because it feels like it's both at certain times but I'm more inclined to say it's soft, and it's open I believe. Any idea what's going on here?
