Anyone used Sea Bands?

Has anyone used Sea Bands for morning sickness? Did they work for you? Also any other tips to try for nausea. I heard peppermint oil works well?

Don’t use essential oils. 
Yeah sea bands helped a little as long as they are in the right place , it helps with the nausea but if I smell something I don’t like I’m still sick lol ￼

I think they helped a little but the further along I got, I think I stopped wearing them, then just took bonjesta. Wore them on a fam vaca with the hubs family and his sister asked if I get car sick and he said oh yeah (but I was just a month into pregnancy and couldn’t tell anyone

They help if the are in the right place like the other girl said. They don’t make it go away but helps ease it in my opinion.
