2 days late

So I had a mc in July, my Hubby and I had sex three times during this ovulation period. Last month I was back on a normal period, just very crampy, but not much different than before. I'm not two days late and have been having those tight little cramps that I had before since 12 dpo. My nipples are a little more sensitive I also had very very minimal and very light bleeding, like a spot, if that, after having sex the other night. But all of my tests have come back negative... The waiting game is the hardest, most frustrating part.
