Seizure ??

I have a 4 year old chihuahua about 7 months ago she had her first “fit” or “seizure” she started out by kinda jolting then plopped on the floor hind legs stiff and front end flopping like a fish out of water mainly her head was doing the flipping side to side... only lasted a few minutes and then she was kinda out of it for a second and very shaky but this time same seizure type but now she is afraid of me and wont come to me when i call but im not sure to explain to a vet if it is indeed a seizure or something else im not sure what to call it
