Bleeding at 4 weeks 2 days

Wondering if anyone else has had bleeding like this before this early and everythings been okay, tests are coming back more positive than before. My GP has arranged an early pregnancy scan for Tuesday the 24th and has put me on bed rest until then, she also done an internal examination and said my cervix is still closed and to be patient until the scan.

But the point of my post is to see if anyone else has had bleeding like this and still had a successful pregnancy? I need some peace of mind.
