Hey guys I have a question me and my bf have been trying for almost 3 months ( I know not a long time )

I haven't gotten a + yet which is really disappointing and I'm so anxious.

I was on depo for 1 1/2 yrs ( got my.perood once ).

Went on the patch for 1 yr ( period every month )

then went on the pill for 6 months ( period every 3 months on bc pill )

I been off bc since August and my periods are right on time this is my second one since no bc any idea or hint when I could possibly get a +
