Irregular cycle

Okay so I’m trying to figure out what is going on! My cycles have been way out of wack for the last couple of months as you can see! I had a period where it was three and a half weeks late, then a totally normal period, and now a period that is 60 days late. I have the Kayleena IUD (and have for a couple of years with no problems)...

The strangest part is about the time my period should be coming (in the cycles that it’s skipped) I have SUPER Sever cramping that feels different, but only in my lower right part of the stomach. It’s super localized and seriously, it makes me have to lay down.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips for me?
