First baby registry MUST HAVES

What were MUST HAVES for your registry/ what are some much needed items for after baby's arrival??

I feel like I'm missing stuff on my registry but I don't know what! We already have the crib, dresser/changing pad and bassinet.

Currently registered for a rocking chair, 2 strollers and carseat, swaddles, blankets, bottles and milk storage bags, pacifiers, mothers milk tea, baby bullet for making solid foods, humidifer, a bathtub, diaper pail, sheets, nursing pillow, 2 pack n plays, highchair, a swing that vibrates and makes "soothing" sounds, a tummy time play thing, a handful of toys and a few other random items.
