Breast milk
Does the food you eat really affect your breast milk? Yesterday was my mother in laws bday and they ordered shakeys, buca di beppo + cake and I had a little bit of everything. I normally eat healthy, but because it was a special occasion I said why not. Well once I got home I pumped and threw out the milk and again hours later threw out another 10oz I was so paranoid about my baby having a stomach pain. Am I crazy ?
