Advice needed please

Ok so for three days running I've woke up sicky feeling in my belly, hungry. I get dry metal like sometimes taste in my mouth. I'm always tired and often feel dizzy daily. I am roughly 7dpo. Been ttc for 5+ years. Please any advice welcome baby dust to all
