How long after d&c?

Question

I have my d&c tomorrow. I’m 9w but the baby stopped developing around 5w. 
What can I expect?
Will I have a period? Or will I just ovulate in a couple weeks? I am wondering when we will be able to start trying again and not have any further mc risks from the d&c. I have been pregnant twice, but I have had no live births. They’re doing genetic testing that we should have back in a week. 
I’m ready to look forward to something again. It’s been pretty rough since we found out but I’m ready to close the book on this chapter and move forward, as I have an ending tomorrow.

I had my d&c on November 12, my baby stopped growing at 6 weeks and I made it to 9 weeks without knowing. After the procedure I bled lightly for about a week. My doctor told me to wait two weeks before having sex just to make sure the cervix was closed but after that we were free to start trying again as soon as we felt ready. I still haven’t had a period though.

After my d&c(baby was 14 weeks) 
I bled super lightly for a couple days and felt sore. 
I didn’t test for ovulation until I was cleared for sex by my doctor which was around 6 weeks later. 
My first period was a month later, it was super heavy and long(like 10 days)
