Nexplanon arm implant

I have my insertion appointment tomorrow & I’m still indecisive, I have rescheduled it so many times, I knew someone who has nexplanon & she was pregnant & didn’t know, she has a miscarriage & I’m scared!!! Also my mental health isn’t that good right now & I’m scared with the implant it will just throw me off even more but I really don’t want to get pregnant, I’m a college student right now & my bf & me have been together for a long time I also don’t want to have a ugly scar & I wish I didn’t get all the Negative side affects, I don’t know I just don’t want to get pregnant and I don’t want to go on the pill. Please help me make a decision🙏🏽
