Have any ladies returned to work yet? (U.K. Mumma)
Hi ladies, I’m thinking about returning back to work in the new year. I didn’t get maternity pay because I work as a locum (not permanent staff. Contracted) social worker. Financially we are struggling on one wage. I would have to return full time if I went back as a locum. I would have to use a nursery or childminder as both our parents are in full time work. I’m really nervous about returning as my line of work is really stressful. How are all you mummas doing it?
