My sister in law lives with hubby kids and I. She's a great help but she doesn't know how to take care of my baby. She's great with playing with him, etc.. but doesn't know when he needs to nap, eat, be picked up. She kinda just lays him on his mat and whenever he screams and cries she just says "please stop" in an annoyed voice.

So whenever I get to "nap" or cook or do anything for myself, it gets ruined because I have to step in. I've tried telling her what to do but I can tell she just doesn't care. It's annoying because I never have time for myself. My husband works all the time.
