two days into my fourth depo shot

and i feel depressed as fuck, simplest thing given me a lump in my throat, I know it normally passes after a week, i just feel bad for my boyfriend cos I haven't explained it to him yet and he keeps petting me and cuddling me, it's cute to see he can tell I'm not okay I feel like he cares but any other little thing he does that upsets me its wrecking my head and making me feel worse
