So my LO is teething

A tooth is about to break through on the top. I can see it just wish it would happen already so he can have a break. Tonight he has a temp of 101.3. Gave him some tylenol and parents went to go get some motrin to swap out. He doesn't like cold things, and doesn't like teethers really.

Can teething cause belly aches? I think so but I don't want to consult dr google. He has had a tummy ache and a small fever. Hasn't been sleeping good. Messing with his ears. Any advice on how to soothe him would be amazing.
