In pain

So the past day and half I've had the worst sore nipped ever!!! I can't put on my bra or anything :( I do normal get sore Breast at the sides of my bobs 2 or 3days before AF but AF isn't due until Thursday/friday and this is my actually nipples this month! I'm 10dpo.

Is there anything you guys know what to do to take away the pain? Apart from pain killers.

And has anyone had this before? ?
