Cramping 10 days before my period

Glow has never been accurate with my period because my cycle is unbelievably random. Like I'll miss 3 months and then get a period. My doctor says it's because I'm irregular and birth control is what I use to regulate it. But for the past couple of months I haven't been on any birth control (no I'm not having unprotected sex so there's no chance of pregnancy) but I'm cramping, so hard and so bad that it's taking me down. I usually start cramping 5 days before I start my period but glow tells me it's another 10? I guess we'll see. It just worries me that I'm cramping THIS bad. It makes me want to take a trip to the doctor and have him check everything out and make sure I'm not like dying. And sorry I put this in the wrong group.
