Made it to 36+3

Just had my dr appt this morning.. I'm very close to 4cm and 60% effaced. Can I be at 4 for the next 3 and a half weeks? Dr thinks I wont make it to next week, thinks I'll be the next patient of his that goes into labor.. updating my post with me at 34 weeks vs 36+2 .
