Do you change your newborn diapers every feeding? , Sometimes I just be so drained out , that I'll change her , feed her than let 2-3hrd pass than feed her again and maybe not change her diaper this time and wait till next feeding bc I just feel so weak 😣 is it ok? and let her sleep sometimes 3hrs if she hasn't cried , she's breastfeed when will it be ok to let her sleep longer ?  and 2weeks old and sometimes I'll even wait till next feeding to pump too 😩 my body so tired from taking care of her and aurond her schedule and me forgetting to eat at times that I'm drained out 😓 but I try for this baby to make sure she eats and is clean before I put my self first as in eating or dressing

You should definitely be changing her before (or after - preferably before so she can sleep after) feedings. Babies are very susceptible to rashes, and girls to infections. Right after you lay baby down is when you should eat something and/or take a quick rinse in the shower, then lay down yourself for a nap. It’s definitely okay that she sleeps for 3 hour stretches, and that gives you ample time to rest and take care if yourself too. Pumping can wait if need be if you are nursing too. 
Hang in there, mama! It gets easier, but you definitely need to take advantage of those naps to care for yourself in whatever capacity that looks like.

Change the diaper when it’s wet or dirty. Let her sleep as long as she wants at night and feed her when she wakes up (unless doctor specifically said otherwise). She’ll wake up when she’s hungry and make up for it during the day. Don’t let her go more than 3-4 hours without eating during the day. Sleep when she sleeps and it’ll help with how tired you are

I change pee diapers every 90 minutes to 1 hour. I only let the blue line show on half of the diaper and I don’t let it get super puffy. And poop diapers need to get changed immediately. The baby comes first regardless if you’re tired. If the pumping is taking too much time that you’re too tired to change your babies diaper you should consider pumping less frequently or stop pumping although.

If she’s gaining weight you shouldn’t need to wake her to feed her anymore. Don’t pump if it’s taking too much out of you, but you do need to change souled diapers whenever you notice them. I know it’s hard, my baby is 10 days old and I’m exhausted, too, but I don’t want her getting a diaper rash or infections because of me. I only pump 1-2x a day because it’s just too much work right now to pump and clean everything and then a couple hours later do it all again.

You're letting 4-6 hours pass between changing her diaper? Your poor baby. Ya you're tired but that's what having a newborn is. Put your babys needs in front of your own and ask foe help if youre too tired to properly take care of your baby.

No, babbies need to be changed if they are wet / poop.
Change before every feeding . And obviously if they have poop or the diaper is full.
Absolutely not okay to not change your baby because your tired. I understand it's HARD but that's what having a baby is. But your babbies needs before yours. I had a C section,  single mom, horrible migraines and I still had to suck it up and do it.
Urine burns skin and poop can cause infection.
Change the diaper before feeding it takes a couple of minutes. 
Get some cookies or candy bars  by your bed or near the changing table and eat while changing baby.

If my son's diaper is barely wet I don't bother. If it's poopy at all or feels at all plump with pee then I'll change it definitely.

Personally I think it's ok to skip a diaper change occasionally if it isn't really full or it isn't bothering them and they're asleep. My little guy often fell asleep after a middle of the night feeding and I didn't want to wake him up if I didn't have to so I would occasionally skip and he's perfectly fine.
However, watch carefully to see if a diaper rash develops as it is more common when they are super young and you can even put cream on it to help prevent. Some babies are more sensitive than others.
