Am I pregnant or not? HELP PLEASE

I took many pregnancy test yesterday and came out positive (picture down below)

Wanted to get it confirmed so I went into the clinic office and got a Urine test done but came back NEGATIVE. I did although dipped a pregnancy test in the urine sample before handing it to them and this is what I got.

I took another test (different) that I had bought today in the afternoon and this was the result

******Update: I took another test today just to see if maybe I was wrong but this was the test. I definitely need to go back and ask them for blood work
