Too early to tell?!

So we found out Sunday I’m pregnant. I’m 4 1/2 weeks. My husband and I have been trying so it’s exciting! Even more exciting we found out before Christmas!! My parents have been asking for another grandchild so they also would be excited for us! I made them a onesie as a Christmas present with the announcement for them. But Is it too early to tell them? Would you wait? I don’t want to wait cause Christmas would be so awesome to tell them! But I don’t want it to be silly for us to tell them so soon. (Everyone else we will wait till 12 weeks)

I told my mom at 3 weeks literally as soon as I found out. It’s whatever you’re comfortable with.

I think the 12 week rule applies to the rest of the world, not immediate family. Our families have always known within 2 weeks of us knowing. I also don’t wait til 12 weeks to tell everyone. Announced at 10.5 weeks last year cuz it was my bday and plan to announce at 9.5 weeks this year for Christmas assuming my ultrasound goes well today

I've told everyone as soon as I found out with all 3 of my pregnancies. If you're comfortable telling them go for it.

I told my mom at 8 weeks because I’ve had a miscarriage shortly after 4 weeks before but it’s totally up to how you feel
