Is this much swelling normal for 25 weeks?

I worked a 12 hr shift last night, about 6 hours required walking around the hospital. When I got off I did LOTS of shopping and barely realized my feet were getting a little sore so I took off my shoes and seen this. What are some ways to help with the swelling?

You need some compression socks I wear them at work and did even before I was pregnant

My feet were like this from 27 weeks until I gave birth. Doc said it was normal and mine were wayyyy worse. I also work on my feet all day. Compression socks, feet elevated when at home, ice packs on feet (sucks but it helps) and buy new shoes a half size up if it gets bad. I was still squeezing my feet into my shoes until I was 35 weeks.  Finally went up a half size and got a wide and it made a world of difference!

It’s normal, mine have been way worse and started a little while ago. Elevate and ice if they hurt. Mine cause ALOT of pain and dr already checked me for all the concerns and I’m okay! Just have to watch how much you do :)
