FTM 3weeks pp with mastitis

So I woke up this morning with mastitis and a 102 fever . I took an ibuprofen and it went down to 98 during the day. Took a nap woke up took ibuprofen and now my fever has came back and is climbing . I feel so defeated and drained I don’t know what to do about this fever. The doc gave me antibiotics . Any suggestions on how to keep this fever at bay. The ibuprofen I took is a 600 mg I got from the hospital when I was giving birth and idk if I should take 2 I also use nipple shields . SEND HELP
