S/o need to vent

So my s/o wants to go out tonight and I'm cool with that but sat nights are the worst night he could go out we get our oldest 2 kids on Sunday and we go to church. Plus the last time he went out with his boys he came at 4 in the morning drunk as shit and ruined our Sunday together. I work every 2 sat and I worked today which means we only get to spend Sunday together. This was the same case last time. I'm really pissed and I politely voiced my feelings to him and am currently waiting for him to text back I'm still at work. I'm really gonna be mad if he does it again this weekend. What do I do to get my point across and my needs met or am I overreacting?
