Irregular Cycle Cure
Ok ladies, after months of going without a period, af has officially come knocking on my uterus door. And I give 100% credit to the essential oils I've been using. 
About 2 weeks ago, I started using a doterra blend (my company of choice, I've also heard great reviews on young living) each morning on my panty line while getting ready for work. Doterra creates blends, which are multiple individual oils blended together to make the perfect mixture of oils that work simultaneously to help different things. This particular blend is called Clary Calm, and is know to balance hormones in your body, as well as significantly decrease me trial symptoms (headaches, sore back, CRAMPS). It has definitely worked wonders for me.
(I do not have PCOS so I can't say for sure if this would help that.)
