So confused right now

Hello glow friends I'm new to this. My last cycle was September 7th had a light positive around the 9th of October called dr. That Monday and they to got 2 light positives. Yesterday noticed brownish discharge called clinic nurse told me it's normal today changed to light red so went to er they to confirmed I was pregnant levels I think he said was 173 did ultrasound could see anything either way to say that there is a baby anyone else going or gone through this
