Weight Loss Struggle
So for the past year I've been trying so hard to lose weight. I'm so sick of looking at myself and picking apart the bad; I'm not comfortable in my body and I'm trying so hard to change it.
Does anyone have advice for what's worked for them? Nothing extreme like laxatives! I just want a healthy way to keep the weight off in the long term- anywhere from workout routines to eating healthy tricks!
