Took off work early today because I had a doctors appointment. Left work and drove 45 minutes to the hospital. Go up to the receptionist give her my name and information and she looks at me kind of funny. She says “do you have an appointment today?” I say very matter of factly, “yes. Women’s clinic. 3:20” She replies “I’m sorry honey but we have you down for an appointment tomorrow at 3:20. If you think we have it wrong I can definitely call down there for you.” I look at my phone and sure enough it’s scheduled for tomorrow. My weekly appointments start next week and all of them are scheduled for Thursday so I guess I just got mixed up. I felt so stupid and now I have to tell my boss that I need to leave early again tomorrow.
