Femara & trigger shot & IUI....any success/ advice?

My husband and I have been TTC for 2.5 years now. We recently had a early miscarriage. This cycle we done Femara, and today I took the trigger shot. On Monday we are doing IUI. I am so nervous! I have noo idea what to expect, I don't want to get my hopes up. Any advice? I don't know many girls who've gone through this. I'd love to hear others stories. Because everyone I try to talk to always say "stop trying and it will happen" and honestly I just want to punch those people. Lol. Thank you.
