I ovulated on the 19th/20th. Just took another ovulation test today randomly and this was my result. It’s positive but could it be an early sign of pregnancy?!

Answer

No. They are not pregnancy tests and despite what people seem to think, they cannot give you a heads up that you're pregnant. Either you didnt ovulate the first time and you are now, or your lh is fluctuating as is normal to do after ovulation. You also get an lh surge before your period starts.
I ovulated the same time frame as you. We have another week to go. Hang tight.
