Positive opk insinuating pregnancy?

Hey y’all!

Little back story; I’ve gotten 4 tests with super faint lines but, all about 1-2 hours after the time frame so I’m not sure if I should count them positive. It’s the 87 cent test from Walmart. But, my best friend actually got a negative on this test and then the next day it was positive. So, she took a clear blue and she was pregnant. The baby was born healthy as can be. Since I saw this happen first hand it’s hard for me to think all lines are evaps.. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I mean, their thick and very visible. And, I’ve taken these tests many times before with absolutely no lines after the time frame but, if ever there were a line, it was blatantly obvious that it was a evap. However, the lines I’m getting rn don’t seem like evaps.

Anyways, I ran out of tests & only had opk a. I took one just to see what it would say and I’ve attached it below. I am horrible at reading these so, any help would be great. I am 2 days passed expected period which, is every regular and on time.

I know some woman can have a surge of lh before their period comes but, with the vfl on these tests, I’m mind boggled.

Just looking for some advice/reassurance.
