Preeclampsia ?

I’m 33 weeks and yesterday I had a checkup. My blood pressure is usually very very on the low end, usually the top number is 100 or 98. I got my blood pressure checked last about a week ago and it was 110ish. This appointment my blood pressure top number was 130. I said that’s VERY high for me, in fact I don’t think it’s ever been that high for me, and I asked for them to check it again a litttle while later and it was 126, which is still a little elevated for me. No one seemed concerned about these numbers but from someone who always stays at the borderline for low blood pressure it was spooky to me. Could this be the beginning of preeclampsia ?
