Spit up...
Please tell me my LO isn't the only one who spits up during naps/sleep! Today she spit up during her nap, about an hour and a half after feeding. She's 8 weeks old and EBF. I feel so bad, when she wakes I find her head laying in pools of cold spit up!! Is there anything I can do to prevent this? I burp her after each nursing session, and try to keep her upright after feeding, but she spits up well over an hour later...
