Sorry if this is the wrong group, but.. dry hair tips?!?!

Besides cutting it off which is a given haha, is there anything for dry hair like anyone have some favorite masks or diy masks or products for dry hair ?! My hairs really dry towards the ends 😭 and it’s also becoming lighter and like golden/blondeish brown..? Which is weird because it’s a lot lighter at the ends but my roots and top is a lot darker brown .. which I’m beginning to hate the color towards the ends & how dry it is
