One year anniversary ideas???

My SO and I have a very close relationship. We live together and I'm 32 weeks pregnant. It wasn't planned but we're still excited and still love each other. We do a lot of "corny" things for each other haha. Every month we hand write each other a letter, and in between then we will whenever we feel like it. Love letters, notes about our day, feelings, etc. we have a whole binder full of them. We've also done a bunch of creative DIY crafts for each other, and usually well go out to eat on special occasions. All of this makes me stumped for what to do for our one year :( I'm out of ideas, I want it to be more than a letter and just dinner, and since I'm so far along there's a lot of things I can't do. Advice?
