Do not warm up breast milk?
Google search says to not warm up breast milk in warm water. So how are you suppose to warm it up? Another question, I pumped a bottle yesterday around 8pm and put it in the fridge (not frozen). Today at 12 i tried to give it to my baby but didn’t take it. I put it back in the fridge and breastfeed all afternoon, it’s 5pm now, is it okay to give him the same bottle?
