What would be a reason my boyfriend won't reach orgasm?

My bf and I have the great sex. I could have multiple orgasm, but im worried that he takes longerrr than what he should, or he just wouldnt come at all. Last time we had sex it got me worried cus hes testicles started hurting. I ssw it was because he cant reach orgasm. Has this happened to anyone?
