Hpv high risk

So awhile ago I was diagnosed with high risk hpv. I’ve been trying to take vitamins and things like that. It’s been maybe less than a year since I found out. I haven’t had any sign of genital warts so I think that’s a good sign. Does anyone know if it can go away in some months? I’m gonna do my next pap but I just wanna know...
