I woke up with a horrible pain in my neck last Monday. I figure I slept wrong. Now 6 days later I'm still in pain. It hurts to turn my head either way. I've done stretched, alternated heat and cold on it. I've even taken muscle relaxers and nothing is helping. Has anyone else dealt with this and had it go away on its own or did you need to call the doctor? I've had muscle strains before and they never last this long.
