I haven’t had any pregnancy symptoms in 2 days and I’m afraid this is the beginning of MC. I’ve had cramping since 4w nothing bad, no bleeding or abnormal discharge. Is it too soon to be worried? I’m 6w + 6 and my first appt isn’t until 01/08.

I just pray God isn’t taking my baby back.
