Advice desperately needed

So I'm 24 and we have been ttc for a good 6 months.. In that time I suffered two miscarriages..

Now my af is 6 days late. I'm normally like clockwork..

This time it feels so different. I'm getting mild cramping. No bleeding. Boobs feel fuller but not sore.. constant urge to pee but don't feel like I'm emptying my bladder.. I'm confused.. too scared to test as I couldn't bare another miscarriage
