Severely clogged duct
I’m in so much pain! This is all a giant bruise from a clogged duct that developed Thursday morning. I have tried EVERYTHING to get it to clear and nothing is working! 😭 lecithin, dangle feeding, massage, pumping, hot showers, warm compress, hand expressing, epsom salt and Hakka. I’m at a loss. I don’t want this to turn into an infection but I just can’t get it to clear. 😭
