I did anal last night and it really hurt despite using lube so we stopped. Now i feel like i have to use the restroom and im so scared to because im still kinda hurting 😭 NEVER again. Hubby wanted to try but im telling him oh well from now on.

Eventually your body will get comfortable and allow you to relax and enjoy it.

I was scared the first time my husband and I did anal. I was sore and I felt the need to use the restroom, but I educated myself on the do's and don't's of anal. You have to be completely relaxed when doing anal. You can say and feel relaxed, but anal isn't really natural for people so they'll still tense up which is normal. You need foreplay and build up to anal and you can never have enough lube. Silicone based lube is best for anal because it helps prevent friction and pain. Things such as rimming, fingering, or using toys will help relax your muscles which will also help with easing the pain. I understand that the first time was painful and uncomfortable... I think everyone has about the same experience, but you can really enjoy anal once you have some experience and knowledge. It surprised me that anal actually gave me pleasure. That being said, it's not often that my husband and I do anal.
