Dialating

I've been having intense contractions for a few weeks now. They are irregular, but painful at times. This is my third, and it definitely feels like the contractions I had during labor (early on). I've also had tightening of my abdomen, but these are different. Is this a sign of dialation? I dialated early with my first two, and sat at 4cm for 37-39 weeks with my second. Just curious if my body is already getting started.

Definitely have lightening and peeing every five minutes.
