Pregnant and cramping?

I just found out I was pregnant I thought I had gallstones but when I went to the ER, they told me I waspregnant! I’m super early right now (first trimester and perhaps only 2 weeks in), but this morning I was bleeding and now I’m in pain. I went to ER and they said I could either be having a miscarriage or having implantation symptoms. Any ladies out there went through the same thing I did and turned out fine??

If the hospital was able to tell you that you’re pregnant, then implantation has already happened. Since they caught it so early though, you could be having a chemical pregnancy. You need to have your HCG levels monitored over the next week.

Im 4W2D and I was cramping for about 3 days including today lol. Then had this light pink spot of blood. Supposedly in your early stages of pregnancy, your body gives off pms symptoms. Which made sense to me. But I would say if bleeding continues or the pain doesnt let up see an OB because ive been told the ER wont/cant do as much as an actual OB can

Bleeding wise, is it fresh blood and looks like a period? If so there is a chance, but if it’s old blood, spotting then its implantation
