Still confused

Been trying for 2.5 years at this point. I have PCOS so it’s been a long and heartbreaking road. Anyway. I’m not crazy. These are real right? The lines showed up within a couple minutes. (Got darker over time) but I know you’re not suppose to count it or something after the timeframe it gives you. Also I tested negative a couple days ago at the doctors office so I’m confused.
