Pooping super often?

Is anyone else’s baby pooping super frequently? He now has a rash which I assume is because of it and I can’t get it to go away. I don’t know why he started pooping (very small) so often. We’re on the same formula and stopped giving solids to see if that would fix it but it hasn’t made a difference. We change his diaper every hour or at least check it that often to try and keep him dry. We let him go commando to try and keep his butt dry. We tried a zinc paste, now we’re onto hydrocortisone and an anti fungal cream. Nothing seems to be working and I feel so bad that he has small raw patches of skin. Help!
