Feeling sick?

Ive been having really bad headaches to the point where i want to cry, im about 3 months pregnant, ive been feeling so sick no energy at all, pelvic pain, feeling weak as well should i go to the hospital & just get checked or its part of pregnancy??

Sounds pretty normal to me, but definitely mention it to your doctor. They may want to check your blood for a few things that could be causing it.
