What’s the best pregnancy pillow? Full body support?

I’m looking for a good pregnancy pillow, I need some good support to help with all the aches and pains. I hate sleeping in any position other than on my stomach, but eventually that’ll change, so I’m looking for a pillow that will help me get some good rest for my second pregnancy this time!

I use this one. If you sleep with a partner it takes up a lot of space on a full bed. Queen and king bed it shouldn’t take up much space.
